The Seattle Art Museum's iconic "Hammering Man" is prominently displayed outside their downtown First Avenue location. Designed by Jonathan Borofsky, the work of art has crowned SAM's entrance since 1992 and silently hammers four times per minute from 7AM to 10PM.
