Symmetry: something that is abundant, plentiful and exceptionally beautiful in the vast Pacific Northwest.

I’m rather obsessed with AppsGoneFree. I check it daily for any new photography apps that are available at a deep discount (translation: FREE). Recently, I was able to test out PhotoViva. Using this app I was able to able to lock in the images using the AE/AF Lock function and then adjust the hue. I especially loved this dramatic pink, which mimics a brilliant sunset (even though these trees are facing south). I then imported the photo into iPhoto, boosted the color by one and then faded it by one to achieve this dynamic, yet simple look.
